Celebrating a milestone through evocative design.
Hospira is a long-term Zed Grafix client, specialising in pharmaceutical and medication delivery solutions to improve patient care productivity and safety. In March 2015, they marked a century of manufacturing vital medicines for the community and asked us to help it celebrate the milestone with its clients and staff.
Our Journey
Zed Grafix managed every stage of the project from design to print, installation and product production.
We began by undertaking an in-depth tour of Hospira’s offices to see how we could best tell its 100-year story through decoration.
A publication featuring photos of Hospira’s history up to 2000 inspired us to create a history wall in their main reception area, including a timeline of major events in pictures. We further integrated this history wall into its customer centre room, along with display cabinets to showcase its history and product range.
We also developed a new ‘100 years’ logo to display on all communications in conjunction with Hospira’s existing logo. Finally, we designed an informational flyer, ‘100 year lapel pins,’ launch invitations and medallions to commemorate the company’s success.
