Our Client and Their Brief

Engaging campaign makes us think on our feet.

Diversified global healthcare giant, Pfizer, launched an internal employee campaign, Pfizer OWNIT. For a design to help its Melbourne employees embrace the campaign worldwide, it called on Zed Grafix.

 

Our Journey

With just one week to create, deliver and install canteen signage and other campaign promotional material for Pfizer, it was all hands to the wheel to come up with the best way to get the client’s desired results!

The campaign featured 5 key ownership values with which Pfizer wanted staff to align. These were to be further promoted with postcards staff could indicate who’d OWN(ed)IT in 2016 and how they themselves would OWNIT.

Rather than two separate cards, we created a perforated postcard featuring each value and Pfizer’s logo on the front. When torn in two, it featured different forms on the reverse side the employee could fill out and post on the company noticeboard.

We also brainstormed and produced a bookmark employees could keep on their desk or in a notebook to remind themselves of the 5 values they should embrace.

At the end of 7 days, everything was delivered and one happy customer sent us their gratitude.
